Whilst I am not 100% sure, I believe the property on Attwood Terrace, sold for around £93,000. At the time, this particular property was on the market for around £115,000. It is now on at just £99,950! Whilst it looks like it has some large out buildings, and requires some basic cosmetic work, from what I can see, there is not a lot wrong with it. I have suggested in several previous blogs, that 3-bed semis tend to be the most popular home for sale and renting in Telford. We would expect to achieve around £595 PCM for a property like this.
